The (cooking?) Adventure Begins

One commitment I've made for this trip is to take every possible opportunity to buy food from local farmers markets and create meals highlighting the fresh ingredients we find there.

I'll include some recipes that inspired me from others, as well as my own creations. Though I will note that we'll be in vacation rentals / airbnb's for most of the trip, so will be a bit restricted on my cooking techniques to what I can do with the limited utensils we have in each location! As a result, not every recipe will have accurate measurements.
